3. What should I do if there is a gap between the mat and the ground?
Each section of the floor mat is manually placed into the inner tank. Before the inner tank and the fabric are completely fitted, there may be a gap between the two sections, which may be suspended from the ground. Under normal circumstances, after 1~3 months of use, it will naturally flatten.
4. What should I do if the surface of the floor mat is uneven??
